I'm writing this article to address a powerful concept that I learned in a very educational online video. The concept has to do with internet marketing strategies and focuses on instantly directing traffic to any website. The particular strategy that I wish to explain is "Joint Venture" marketing.

Joint Venture marketing is both very simple and very powerful. To do this, you simply contact other websites, which offer products and or services that are similar to those that you sell on your website. You'll offer the other site owners a deal wherein you will help them increase their profits. The way you do this is by using an already existing asset belonging to the other site owner. Many business owners have never realized that their customer list is a very powerful asset that they have already created and can use repeatedly to increase profits. By referring their customers to your website, your new Joint Venture partner will create instant sales for you, especially if he/she has established a positive relationship with his/her customers.

By selling your own products and/or services to your JV partner's existing customers you will receive an instant rush of income (and profits.) Your JV partner will then receive a percentage of the profits from you. Don't forget, they're in business to make money so make this as lucrative for them as you can to increase your chances of getting them to Joint Venture with you. Also, keep in mind that the site owner may be quite busy with other things, (remember, you'll want contact the experts in your field) so you'll need to have already prepared a letter that is to be sent to the customers to serve as a letter of referral sent from your JV partner urging his/her customer base to visit your website.

This strategy is a wonderful way to create instant sales on your website and produce (otherwise unrealized) profits for other site owners.

As a side note you can also use a little creativity and collect the email addresses of these new visitors and in effect build a large list of contacts who are interested in the very product and/or service you provide.

As you can see, Joint Venturing will serve as an invaluable tool for your business, both for immediate and long term healthy profits.
