One of the best things a Franchisor can do to help propel a franchising organization is to promote communication amongst the team and indeed nothing moves a franchising company faster than fluidity of information flow.

When franchisees discover something in one region or market that concept or slight alteration in marketing, product differentiation or service needs to be shared, dissected and researched. You see there is an abundance of information which can learned this way and by increasing the flow of information the company can move faster against the competition and become more efficient in delivery of products and services to the customer.

Additionally there are other benefits to information flow of this kind, as a franchising company is getting new innovation from 1000 outlets instead of 1-10 and thus can innovate 100 times faster you see? In our franchising company our competitors could never keep up, as soon as they copied on thing we were doing, we were already ten squares ahead of them coming around to lap them again and again and again and that my friends is the synergy and power of information share, which is a key consideration and a benefit in the franchising model.
